I've been waffling on coloring on this for the last few hours. It was a lot of putting color on, deciding that it looked weird and then taking it off again. Oh well. This is for the new thing, and by new thing, I mean new excuse to draw frilly crap. Except I never like doing it digitally as much as I like penciling.
