Ben Tye. He's making a mini of his latest comic, "Dewey Delane", and this is his character Vivian. I like doing fanart of friends' characters, it's oddly satisfying. You can pick up a copy of Dewey Delane at SpringCon, May 19th and 20th at the Minnesota Fairgrounds.
