Educating Tapirs

I don't even know where this came from. I guess I feel people should be educated about tapirs. Also, maybe I'm biased, but I think these guys are very sweet. They have a Malayan Tapir at the Minnesota Zoo, she's been there a long time and is sort of smelly and lumpy, but I like her.
She's part of the Species Survival Plan. Oh they also say this about the babies:

"For the first 6-8 months of their life, newborn tapirs resemble 20 lb. watermelons with legs. They are dark brown to black with alternating bands of yellowish-white stripes and spots."

That's adorable.
Anyways educate yourself. Maybe I'll do more long format info bits on weird animals I like. For no reason.

Nineteen plus One

Progress for Nineteen Plus One. Erm, sort of. It's some extra stuff.

CVG 2011

The sort-of-frequent update about CONvergence 2011. This year Cam and I are not going to be having a room, but hopefully are going to be doing a traveling tea cart instead. Uhhh sort of like this:Obviously less extensive, but something along these lines. This is actually just a little desk sculpture that Cam found. I think it's a good example though, there are more, but I don't want to get too carried away. More updates for Senior Project soon.
